Who I am
I have a genuine enthusiasm for learning and new challenges. I believe in placing family first and making sure you always do your best and are always reliable. Finishing at Sedbergh School in 2000 and moving on to the University of Aberdeen to study for an MA in History and then the University of Cumbria for teacher training, my further education has meant that my teaching is based upon a real mixture of experiences as much as my studies. Instilled in me by my own teachers and my family, I always try to set an example of hard work, enthusiasm, generosity and humility. I always find that I can learn as much from my students as they can from me. The people who inspire me the most are often those closest to me and all those people, young and old, who never give up and never give in.
